Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage long-lasting mutually beneficial relationships with education institutions.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategy and monitor efficiency and effectiveness
- Identifying opportunities and threats in the market
- Provide consistent, transparent communication and service to education institutions
- Assist Recruiting Director to plan, coordinate and implement competitive, market-relevant recruiting strategies
- Represent the vertexplore programs and provide accurate information in a professional manner
- Develop and implement performance-based incentive programs
- Effectively coordinate and liaise with other internal departments to ensure currency of knowledge, the efficiency of joint processes, and accuracy and efficiency of shared information
- Source up-to-date market intelligence and report to senior management in a succinct, timely manner
- Develop and maintain a customer-focused, service-orientated culture
