Key Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage long-lasting mutually beneficial relationships with education institutions.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategy and monitor efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identifying opportunities and threats in the market
  • Provide consistent, transparent communication and service to education institutions
  • Assist Recruiting Director to plan, coordinate and implement competitive, market-relevant recruiting strategies
  • Represent the vertexplore programs and provide accurate information in a professional manner
  • Develop and implement performance-based incentive programs
  • Effectively coordinate and liaise with other internal departments to ensure currency of knowledge, the efficiency of joint processes, and accuracy and efficiency of shared information
  • Source up-to-date market intelligence and report to senior management in a succinct, timely manner
  • Develop and maintain a customer-focused, service-orientated culture
